Motor Vehicles (Registration and Licensing) (Amendment) (No. 2) Rules 2012

The Amendment Rules, which will come into operation on 6 April 2012, introduces two new rules (7A and 7B) to the principal Rules. The new rules deal with the re-assignment of registration number for motor vehicle which has been reported to be lost, stolen, broken up, destroyed or sent permanently out of Malaysia.
